  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 72 business hours to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
  • What if I still do not receive a shipment notification after 72 hours?

  • Do I have to pay tax or import fees?
    We ship out all orders from China. all customers will be responsible for any import tax or fees associated with your order. For any other information related to shipping, please email us directly at: info@riiturn.com
  • How much does shipping cost?

  • Can I upgrade my shipping after my order has been placed?
    Once an order has been placed, we are not able to update or upgrade the shipping method chosen. If you have any concerns about an existing order, please fill out our contact form and provide your order number for reference. We will do our best to assist you with any concerns.
  • Do you offer Express Shipping?
    We do offer the option to ship your package Express for an additional cost. Please note that our orders require 1 business day for processing which is not included in estimated delivery times. Express shipping is estimated to be 5-20 business days depending on which region you are shipping to. Please note that remote/distant regions may experience higher transit times.
