Shipping Policy
We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you by email), normally within 3 working days or less if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 10 days beginning on the day after you place your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.
As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
Please note, all delivery times are estimates and Riiturn.com is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors.
Any order may be delayed pending verification. In this event, Riiturn will not be responsible for expedited freight charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
Riiturn product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 7 days of the received date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Riiturn.

Is in new condition
Has not been washed or altered
Is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase

When can I expect my refund?
It would take up to 5 business days to receive the return back, we will inspect the product and notify you when it has been processed.
Please allow another 3-5 business days to receive your money back. The refund will return back to the original method of payment.
